Let's be realistic here. As we have all read over the years about Paul Stanley (being caught 'receiving' something from a young male fan, carrying a bag of pills around, having multiple doctors prescribing those pills, mental issues and most interesting, Peter's lack of commenting on him in his own biography), I believe strongly that his bio will be a bunch of fluff. It will be just another way to pick the pockets of the fans. Does PS want to have his kids knowing their dad's deep, dark secrets? Will he be as honest as PC? Nope.

Did I buy everyone elses book? Yep, and I will buy PS's book too (if it ever see's the light of day). I will eat my words if there is ANY kind of controversy in his book. As it says in Stephen King's book "IT"...fiction is the truth inside the lie. In regards to PS's book it will be the reverse. Truth is the fiction behind the lie.

In regards to PC's book, I have really struggled with the way he was treated after they got back together...

I don't think there are any "saints' in this lot. But when they were all poor, they leaned on each other and made the band what it is. When there was nothing to lose in changing stage concepts or members, they stayed together. That should tell you plenty right there. It's abundantly clear everyone involved in this band gambled heavily to sell KISS to the public and music industry. And the band toured their butts off to get their name out there. It's only after money came on the scene that all of their weaknesses were exposed and all four went in different directions. But if you look at those years before their success, almost everything they play today comes from what those four guys did when they were splitting $40.00 a week between them.

I hope we get some more of those road stories from the early days I love that stuff.
And I'm not really looking for him to slam Peter or anything but would like to hear more about his take on certain situations.

I wholeheartedly agree. The venom between these four guys is abundantly clear. I would rather Paul talk about the creative decisions which he played such a prominent role in. It's time to read more about the "art" of KISS.

I want him to talk about the 80's cos Gene was going Hollywood in that period and Peter and Ace wasn't there. Paul was the only guy standing for the band at that time.

Paul's book will not stir the pot. He has too many skeletons in his closet to risk pissing anyone off.
