you click on "profile" and enter longitude and lattitude at "your geographical location". Details are explained there on how to find the correct longitude and lattitude for your city.

Hi, if anyone can explain how to find the information for posting a flag? I clicked on the Link for state and town and still can't find the numbers.... to imput them on the two lines.

First of all, click on profile:

Then go to "your geographical location" (after password).
You have to enter longitude and latitude there:

please note, the search for your place is only available for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Holland and Belgium. If your place is somewhere else, you need to find out the longitude and latitude of your city here (or here) and place it in the fields manually (do not mix them up!). For example: Atlanta,GA (USA) latitude: 33.7489 longitude: -84.3881

Just go there and follow the instructions to find out longitude and latitude for your city. There are 2 different links where you can find out the right longitude and latidude for your city.

your flag appears somewhere in the Ocean
try this one for Chicago:
latitude: 41.850
longitude: -87.650

the map is not exact, but at least it appears to be roughly correct...

Please Help!!! Every time I try to set an avitar either from my machine or from a URL and submitt it, its like the site does not hold it or something. If I go back to my profile the space for an avitar is empty. I had no problem getting one to work on KOL but I really like this new site now.

Displays a small graphic image below your details in posts. Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width can be no greater than 100 pixels, the height no greater than 80 pixels, and the file size no more than 88 KB.

the picture you try to upload is probably bigger than 88 kB or larger than 100 x 80 pixels...
