I have heard that the other person in this photo is Rik Fox who ended up playing bass in Steeler with Yngwie Malmsteen. Anyone know for sure?

yeah...he played also in "SIN" and "WASP" before steeler...in the late 80ies he played in "Surgical Steel" and "thunderball"...after a bad carcrash, he stopped making musik and worked on several filmsets in CA...he`s nowadays member of the "Royal Spanish Court Guild", where he`s doing the role of "Prince di Sulima, of Lechistan"...you can check him out at facebook...
