I`m just yanking your chain TERJE, the best thing to do here is to try and obtain the original pic from the original source.
Another idea would be to obtain a computer program like
PHOTOSHOP PRO, and attempt to edit the pic.
The writing on the pic covers a lot of intricate details of the costume paul is wearing.
