That is Lydia and Peter, but i have no idea who the guy on the left is.
In Lydias book there is a picture of her wearing the same shirt, glasses and jewellery and it is taken in 1975, and Peter was wearing that tooth-earring in 75-76. Cool pic anyway!

it's Peter Grant's birthday party, lydia & peter with richard robinson (rock scene sep. 76). i thihk it's around April 5, 1976...
