Another one I found browsing the Internet... My guess is between 1975, January and May. I'm don't have any knowledge about guitars, but isn't that Les Paul Junior?

All details in this photo match perfectly with other photos from May 6, 1975 Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Riverside Theatre.

You're right ... Ace is playing a Les Paul Junior in this shot.
