Both this and the Paul shot are not KISS but a tribute band. I believe it's Cold Gin, the tribute band Tommy Thayer was once in.

I believe this is Spiro Papadatos from his days in Alive!, from London, Ontario, Canada. I may be wrong. But, I don't think there was ever anyone who looked as much like Gene, as Spiro.
