Sure about the year? Judging by the slim parts of the black make up i'd say this is spring 1976...maybe ros or rajackson or someone can confirm my suggestion. Yes, it's only a wild guess with a shot of...a clue :)

I`ve seen gene wearing the double lower pin makeup at the lakeland civic center, at the twentiest of march 1976 for the first time...

so this is definitely 1976...maybe around that time, cause it doesn`t already have its final design...
