Wrong. Paul wears the same earring in both the Elder period and the Rise To It video BUT look at his hair length. It's short and from the Elder period. Also, during the Rise To It video, his bangs covered, or were right at, his eyebrows.

I think this is 1989 as well. It looks like his hair is put up, like when he does his make-up. His facial features resembles more of an '89 look than 1981 if you ask me, but of course only speculations...

Paul has brown eyes, this guy has green eyes and they're too round to be Mr. Stanley lol...Come on man!!
