EDIT: Thanks to Swordandstone for the date. Amended the Image name.

Unknown date but based on the costumes and the drum riser this should be mid-to-late May 1975. The new costumes premiered in Detroit, MI on May 16 and the new (metal) drum riser premiered in Long Beach, CA on May 31 at the latest. Some time in between those two shows, Ace fell on his ass!!
