KISS Meet & Greet/VIP Packages Sections!

Dear Gene,

I drop you this note to let you know that the organisation of the VIP tickets for the german concerts was actually very poor. Dean did a fantastic job same as 2008 at the meet and greets, but the first thing that I was wondering about was that we had to leave the hall after the meet and greet session and had to re-enter it at the last row of the venue in Oberhausen. There was no chance to get near the stage since the whole place was packed. Could you please consider to combine the meet and greet tickets with a "near stage reserved area" ? I think that a 1000 Euro per ticket should be worth such a consideration *smile* .

Even more frustrating than that is the fact, that none of the VIP packages have been reached the german fans yet. Neither premium ticket or meet and greet ticket holder. I know more than a dozent german fans who didn't get anything yet. In fact, I do not know a single one got something. fanfire and livenation do not respond, respond with anonymous meaningless standard mails or reference to the other ("please contact...") . All german fans are highly frustrated. Its more than 3 months ago that we paid 200 or 1000 Euro for the tickets. Could you please help us out and push the thing a little bit ?

Well, but the most important thing is, that you guys did an amazing job at the sonic boom tour. It was an overwhelming performance and I'm pretty sure that KISS better than ever ! We're all stucked to the net to get the latest impressions and news of the "hottest show" tour in the states and we can't wait to see you back in germany again. Until then ....

Ich hab mir jetzt dann auch erlaubt ein paar Zeilen an Meister Gene zu schreiben:

Dear Gene,

We are writing to you, as we are hoping for your assistance and co-operation. The two of us have been KSS fans for the past 30 years and we enjoyed the KISS Sonic Boom over Europe Tour very much and spent a lot of money and time traveling to the various concerts. For Berlin we decided to indulge ourselves with a special treat and purchased Premium Tickets - Up to this date we have not received our fan packages with the promised goods that go along with the Premium Ticket.

We contacted Eventim, who did take our money back then when we bought the tickets and now advised us to contact fanfire directly, as it wasn't their job to supply the packages - in order to claim our goods. We have done so now several times without any success!!!!

Searching the KISS fan pages online, we found out that several other fans suffering of the same problem. To be honest, not one has written in the forum that they received their fan packages.

You can surely imagine that having paid a lot of hard earned money to see KISS and in order to receive this special fan-package and not getting what we have paid for is more than frustrating.

A lot of us did not buy the tour book or a tour shirt at the concerts, as we were counting on getting them within the promised package. Not mentioning that the organization of handling the premium ticket process, did not work at all as promised. Instead of getting into the concert hall ahead of all other "standard" ticket owners, they kept us waiting in at the side entrance and we even got a "later" start then the fans at the front door.

Needless to say we are more than frustrated and we are hoping that as KISS-Online will be able to help all of us true fans to get what we paid for and to avoid such happenings for future concerts events. We wanted the best - KISS - and we supported them for decades now. Show us that we are not alone and that we can count on the KISS family support.

Ein Wunder ist geschehen !
