Ich habe mir das komplete Package mit der Blue-Ray am 31.Dezember 2020 bestellt und bekam als Antwort im August "es kann zu verzögerungen kommen" bis heute habe ich keine Antwort 
.
Es war sicher das letzte mal das ich etwas bei Kissonline bestellt habe, das Geld wollte sich auch sofort und nicht ein Jahr später. Schade !

Hello KISS Fans,
Here is an update as to the status of the release of the Film and DVD. As you are all aware, our initial release plan of Spring was pushed due to numerous factors, including several major Covid delays that caused theaters to be closed and other band related events like the A&E Documentary Series/Tribeca premiere (which was in May). We were hoping to be able to release the Film in theaters and at retail this Fall, but it is just not looking good at this point. We are working with the band and several distributors to set a new release date now and work through some other issues related to achieving this. There is no word as to when that may be, as it is not as easy as picking a date on a calendar and just setting it. There is a lot of coordination that goes into release dates on projects this size as we are fighting for the same screens as studio films.
Once we have release options and finalize plans with the band, we will formally set the release date. At that point, we will be be giving you information on delivery dates for any items owed. To be very clear: We can not ship items that are going to be either released in theaters (such as the DVD of the movie) or at retail (such as the Concert DVD) prior the official release. We can not jump a release date of a film that is scheduled to go out theatrically or products schedule to be sold at retail.
We have had numerous questions from some of you, so we thought we would take this opportunity to answer them as one group:
Q- When will the Film and Live Concert DVD be released?
A- We do not have a firm date yet. We are working with the band and distributors to get this set now. We are going to set it at the first available date
Q- When will my bonus products such as my shirt, hat, pass, etc be delivered?
A- As always planned, these products will be shipping along with your other items such as the DVD. These will be shipped approx 1-2 weeks prior to the formal street date/ release.
Q- Can I get my shirt or other items earlier since you already have them made?
A- Unfortunately no. It is too complicated to ship your items in multiple packages. Everything was always due to be released at once and you only paid for shipping once
Q- Can I get a refund?
A- No refunds will be given. Under the terms and conditions you agreed to when you ordered the live stream, you specifically agreed to the terms and conditions of it (see below). This was a live stream event and you already received that. The bonus items for Gold and Platinum packages were exactly that- “bonus items”. It was always clear that this was a pre-order and there were no refunds or exchanges
Here are terms and conditions directly from the website when you ordered the live stream: All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event. Bonus items will be shipped at once just prior to the retail release of the final film project.

Q- Can I change a name in the credits from one that was on the live stream?
A- No credit changes are allowed, unless it was a mistake made by us (which we apologize for)
Q- Can I still watch the VOD replays?
A- Yes, due to the delays, we will extend the 30 day reply window on the Concert indefinitely until the final version is released. If you are having a problem accessing, please let us know
Q- I am a Platinum Customer- when will the premiere be that was originally scheduled for the Spring 2021 and can I still get a ticket?
A- There will still be a premiere and you will still be invited and provided tickets.
Q- Can I change my size on my shirt or hoodie?
A- We are allowing changes to be made up until November 15, 2021. If you would like to change the size of your shirt, please email us with this info (make sure to include your order # and receipt)
We apologize for the delays in the release of the Film and associated products. Please let us assure you that this was all driven by things out of our control and we have been doing everything necessary to get a new release date scheduled. We are excited to share with everyone the documentary film, Concert in 4K and all the other amazing surprises coming soon!

eigentlich hieß es ja auch zuerst, dass es im frühjahr 2021 eine reguläre dvd vom konzert geben sollte,, aber ich denke das wird nichts mehr. wahrscheinlich wiedermal keine rechte am konzert. 2004, 2008 und 2010 gabs zum kiss konzert immer die tollen concert live cd,s dann die usb sticks.. wurde auch eingestellt, keine firma darf mehr im auftrag von kiss mitschneiden und die soundboard konzerte für kiss verkaufen.

Anscheinend wollen sie allein die große Kohle machen, und lassen keinen anderen mehr mit verdienen was auch Ok ist, nur von ihnen kommt nur nichts, was eigentlich schade ist.
Außerdem brauchen die Bootleger auch was zum veröffentlichen, denn das Dubai Konzert gibt's mittlerweile als Blue-Ray, DvD und Cd und bis es Kiss offiziell veröffentlichen ist es sowieso nicht mehr so intressant.
Die Veröffentlichungs Politik bei Kiss ist für mich sowieso immer schon eine Abzocke gewesen, mit fällt da spontan Psycho Circus oder Sonic Boom auf Vinyl ein oder auch "THE VAULT EXPERIENCE" von Gene.
Trotzdem habe Ich mir das Dubai Paket mit Blue Ray bestellt weil ich mir gedacht habe, das ich was tolles bekomme.....
Es heisst weiter warten so wie auf Kissology IV....
Außerdem brauchen die Bootleger auch was zum veröffentlichen, denn das Dubai Konzert gibt's mittlerweile als Blue-Ray, DvD und Cd und bis es Kiss offiziell veröffentlichen ist es sowieso nicht mehr so intressant.

Wollte mal nach fragen ob irgendwer schon das Dubai-Paket oder eine DVD oder Blue Ray,( T-Shirt) von 2020 bekommen hat?
Ich habe mal August 2021 nachgefragt und mir wurde gesagt wird sich noch ein wenig verzögern vielleicht 2022..?
Wollte mal nach fragen ob irgendwer schon das Dubai-Paket oder eine DVD oder Blue Ray,( T-Shirt) von 2020 bekommen hat?
