Van Halen was always good for their own stuff and when they tried to make something their own in the studio. But when they tried to cover something note for note live, that was not a good interpretation. It kind of makes the point of their uniqueness in sound. I couldn't picture a band like Queen singing Rock n Roll All Night either.
